Thats sometimes what I think needs be written at the end of the health/nutrition/exercise plans circling the internet.
If it seems to be good to be true, it often is… All these diets out there contradicting each other, it’s easy to be confused with what’s realistic and what is not. I would always recommend seeing a nutrition professional who you can discuss and help you work out what is best for you. Don’t just follow any generic plan out there. We are all different, and having your own plan that is specific to your goals and lifestyle is always the best option.
