Linseed health loaf
An excellent way to get all the benefits that linseeds have to offer and a tasty alternative to bread!
- 2 cups nutty flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup FSC linseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 1/2 cups greek yoghurt
Pre heat oven to 160degrees. Grind up the the linseeds, this can be done using a coffee grinder or food processor. Mix all the ingredients together. Add to a loaf tin and bake for 40minutes. Take the loaf out of the tin and return back to the oven and bake at 130degrees for another 15minutes.
Once cooled, slice up and keep in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
