New Years Resolutions 2019 Did you know that majority of people who set New Years resolutions give up on them by February. The main reason is that the goal is often too extreme. My advice is to set smaller more realistic goals. Make sure you have a plan set in place for achieving the goal, otherwise you are setting yourself up for failure, which will only demotivate you. Ease yourself into the new lifestyle changes you have chosen to make, let it become a habit before thinking about increasing it. Example, in January you are going to commit to going to the gym twice a week, and in February you are going to increase it to three times a week. In March you are going to add in an exercise class to mix it up….small gradual changes.
