Summer Porridge Recipe

One of my favourite breakfast recipes, especially on a warm summer morning. Summer porridge is very similar to over night oats, but a thicker creamier version.


  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt 
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 teaspoon FSC linseeds (optional) 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional) 

Mix all ingredients together and put in a tupperware in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. You can double or triple the mixture if you would like to make a few days worth.

I usually keep it simple with a chopped banana, drizzle of honey, small handful of fresh raspberries and some coconut chips that I add just before serving. But you can add other chopped fresh or dry fruit, seeds,nuts or granola mix.
