If you are looking for a way to get more greens in your diet - baby spinach is it!
Packed full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and low in calories - spinach is the perfect vegetable to add to your diet and wont have a big effect on your overall calorie intake. Try adding a handful of spinach to your next protein shake - it wont change the flavour much, but it will increase your nutrient intake!
Spinach being one of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat, has been shown to boost our health in many ways thanks to it's phytonutrient containing carotenoids, beta carotene, zeaxanthin and lutein. It also contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese, zinc, folate and selenium.
