Weekly Tip: Drink more water
Just a friendly reminder to drink more water, especially as we approach summer!
Being dehydrated by as little as 2% can effect our physical and mental performance. Make sure you keep a bottle on your desk or in your bag that you can sip on throughout the day. Drinking water is one of the best, and easiest good habits you can start.
Remember being thirsty is one of the first signs of dehydration.
