If you don't buy junk - you wont find yourself aimlessly opening the fridge and snacking on empty calories out of pure boredom.
It can be hard when you're buying for a whole family and clients often say “but I need to buy the crisps/chocolate/sugar-laden-treat for my kids” The truth is - they shouldn't be eating that either.
Teach them good eating habits whilst they are young so that when they grow up they don't find it so hard to live a healthy lifestyle.
