This Halloween why not try something different and get creative with healthy alternatives to the usual sugar laden candy.

It can be another fun activity to do with your kids along side carving pumpkins. Making healthy food look fun and getting the kids involved in the preparation is an excellent way to encourage them to want to eat and actually enjoy it!
